Tubular Tyres

Performance-driven tubular bike tyres

Discover our performance-driven range of tubular bike tyres, engineered for riders who demand maximum speed, grip, and reliability in competitive conditions. Tubular tyres – sometimes called “sew-ups” – are the choice of many pro cyclists thanks to their incredibly supple ride quality, lightweight construction, and superior cornering performance. Perfect for road racing, time trials, cyclocross, and high-performance training, tubular setups deliver unmatched efficiency and control on demanding courses.

This collection includes premium tubular options designed for fast rolling, puncture resistance, and consistent grip across varying road surfaces. Built using advanced casing materials, high-TPI constructions, and performance rubber compounds, these tyres give racers the confidence to push harder in sprints, attacks, and technical turns.

Whether you’re replacing a race-day tubular, upgrading to a more durable option for training, or exploring the advantages of a glued-on setup, our tubular range offers proven reliability and world-class performance. Explore tyres designed for rim-brake and disc-brake race wheels, all crafted for riders who prioritise low rolling resistance and maximum speed.

Tubular tyres offer a more supple ride, improved cornering, and lower rolling resistance compared to clincher or tubeless tyres. They’re often preferred by racers for their lightweight feel and consistent performance on demanding courses.

Tubular tyres must be glued or taped onto a compatible tubular rim. The process involves prepping the rim, applying adhesive layers, mounting the tyre, and allowing curing time. Many riders choose a workshop installation if they’re new to tubular setups.

While tubulars offer exceptional performance, they’re typically recommended for racing or high-intensity training due to the installation process and difficulty of fixing punctures roadside.

Pressure depends on rider weight, tyre width, and riding conditions. Road tubulars commonly run between 80–110 psi, while cyclocross tubulars are much lower. Always follow the manufacturer’s recommended range.

No — tubular tyres only work on tubular-specific rims. They cannot be used on clincher or tubeless-ready wheels.
