Panaracer are proud of the quality and durability of all our tyres, which is why we offer a two-year warranty on all tyres if they are deemed to have suffered a manufacturing defect.
A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials or workmanship are covered by your two-year Panaracer warranty. If you believe your product is defective in any way, you should use the Contact Us page and we will be able to further advise.
Your warranty period begins on your date of purchase and is valid for exactly two years from that date. Proof of purchase to establish date of purchase will be required for any warranty claim to be processed.
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Tyre compounds and fabrics will naturally wear out, deteriorate, and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
Our two-year warranty program covers Panaracer products that legitimately fail due to a manufacture defect. Use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty. We do NOT cover products that no longer work due to wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Tyre compounds and fabrics will naturally wear out, deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. If after assessment, Panaracer determines your tyres have degraded due to reasonable wear and tear and deems the returned product ineligible for warranty repair or replacement, we will contact you to discuss available options we may have for you.
If your Panaracer product has legitimately failed due to a manufacturing defect we will be happy to refund your purchase. Proof of defect and return mailing of defective product may be required.
Please note we can only respond to warranty requests for products bought via panaracer.co.uk. Panaracer products bought through channels other than panaracer.co.uk are not eligible for warranty claims through this site. Customers should contact the retailer whom the product was bought from directly to discuss their options in cases where the product was not purchase directly from panaracer.co.uk.
Return shipments must be prepaid and preferably insured. Panaracer cannot be liable for lost in-transit packages. We require products be clean and dry for warranty evaluation. If the claim is determined to be valid, a full refund will be issued within 15 business days.
